LIABILITY

If the goods we deliver are not what you ordered or are damaged or defective or if the delivery is of an incorrect quantity, we shall have no liability to you unless we are notified either in writing to customer services within 30 working days of delivery of the goods in question.

If purchased goods are not received within 30 days of the date on which you purchased them, we will not be held liable to you unless we are notified in writing to customer services within 40 days of the date of which you ordered the goods.

Goods offered on a clearance price are non returnable. this information will be stated on the Order Confirmation.

After notifying us of faulty or damaged goods or non-delivery or shortage of goods our only obligation will be to either

Make up for any shortage or non-delivery.
Replace any faulty or damaged goods after returns have been inspected
Refund amount paid by you for goods in question.
We will not be liable to you for any indirect or consequential loss, damage or expenses (including loss of profits, business or goodwill) which may arise out of any problem you notify to us under this condition and we will not be held liable to pay any money to you by way of compensation other than to refund to you the amount paid by you for the goods in questio

Ironmongery Plus will not be liable to provide compensation for courier delivery delays or stock delays.

No part of these Terms and Conditions is intended to limit any rights you may have as a consumer or other statutory rights that may be not be excluded nor in any way to exclude or limit our liability to you for any death or personal injury resulting from our negligence.

You must observe and comply with all applicable regulations and legislation, including obtaining all necessary customs, import or other permits to purchase goods from our site. The importation or exportation of certain of our goods to you may be prohibited by certain national laws. We make no representation and accept no liability in respect of the export or import of the goods you purchase.

ORDERS AND CONFIRMATION

The placing of an order and the entering into of an agreement by the customer is conditional on the customer being over 18 years of age. Quotations by the company shall not constitute offers by the company to supply goods. Orders placed will not be binding until accepted and confirmed by us by electronic mail and only when a charge has been made against the customers card and the order despatched. All such acceptances by the company are subject to stock availability. You will be advised of a delivery date by e-mail.

If we decline to supply goods ordered and payment has been debited from your credit or debit card, we shall credit your credit or debit card with the price of the goods asap after declining your order. We shall not be obliged to offer any compensation for any disappointment suffered.

If for any reason we are unable to supply a particular item, we will contact you by e-mail or telephone as soon as possible. You will be advise when goods will become available or you will have the choice of ordering replacement goods and be advised of the cost, or be offered a full refund.

All prices listed on our website are accurate and final at time of ordering. 

All prices, products and special offers are subject to availability and may change before you place your order, but not after.

DELIVERY

Standard delivery will be by DPD or UPS Courier Service. We have no control over DPD or UPS delivery times or schedules. We will not be held liable for compensation for courier delivery delays, this is outwith our control.

We do not ship part orders.

CANCELLATION OF ORDER BY CUSTOMER

Cancellation of your order is accepted up to and including the end of the 7th working day from the date you receive the goods.

No penalty will be applied for cancelling your order.

You must notify us of the cancellation either by calling our customer Services department on 0131 605 0141 or by e-mailing or by writing before the accepted timescale has passed to:-

You must state the invoice number, date of purchase and product code.

If you are in receipt of goods when you cancel, the goods must be returned to Ironmongery Plus in unused condition in original packaging with all fixings included within 30 days of cancellation of goods. If goods are not returned within 30 days of cancellation, you will be deemed to have accepted the goods at which point a new purchase contract will be made and you will be charged for your order. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Goods will be returned at customers own expense.

Full refund (excluding any delivery charge) will be credited to your credit/debit card on inspection of returned goods within 14 days

CANCELLATION OF ORDER BY US

We reserve the right to cancel any orders received if we do not deliver to your area or goods are permanently out of stock.

You will be notified of cancellation by telephone or e-mail as soon after your order is placed as possible and your credit/debit card will be credited with the full amount of your order including any delivery costs.

PAYMENT

Payment can be made using any of the credit/debit cards listed or by using Paypal, at time of ordering.

Please call us for any advice on ordering or to place an order by telphone using a credit/Debit card or we can send you a Paypal invoice.

Order will be processed upon Credit/Debit card or Paypal payment clearance.
