Overhead Door Closers

Overhead door closers that are surface mounted on the top surface of a door and  designed to automatically close the door after it has been opened. They are commonly used in commercial and public buildings to ensure that doors remain closed to control access, reduce energy costs, and maintain security.

An overhead door closer consists of a hydraulic cylinder that is mounted on the door frame and a metal arm that is attached to the door. The cylinder contains a hydraulic fluid that regulates the speed at which the door closes.
