Break Glass Bolts

Break glass bolts are a type of emergency exit device that is designed to provide a quick and easy means of escape from a building in the event of an emergency. These devices are typically installed on doors in areas where traditional push bars or panic bolts are not suitable.

Break glass bolts consist of a glass or plastic panel that is installed over a lever or handle. In an emergency situation, the glass panel is broken, allowing the lever or handle to be pushed and the door to be opened.

One of the benefits of using break glass bolts is that they provide a secure exit while still allowing for quick and easy egress in emergency situations. They are often used in buildings such as schools, hospitals, and high-security facilities where traditional panic bars or emergency bolts may be subject to misuse or vandalism.
